Description

BOC Online Banking (Corporate Services) for corporate and institutional customers are provided by Bank of China Limited Macau Branch. “BOCNET (Corp.)” offers you a wide range of advanced functions, such as account balance enquiry, cheque collection enquiry, loan enquiry, inward remittance enquiry, banking services, payment services and remittance services. “BOCNET (Corp.)” also provides services for corporate such as payroll services, batch payment services, batch debit services, group management and system management.

Features

Your company can choose to use a transaction password for security verification, or access the system and get authorization by Bank provided Mobile Token (Corp.) or a Macau government issued electronic certificate as Two-factor Authentication, enabling you to manage your online banking with maximum convenience and peace of mind.

Basic Functions

• Two-factor Authentication

You can authorize transaction through Bank provided Mobile Token (Corp.) to increase security and conformance.

• System Management

Provide user setup, account and operation functions via the internet. It is equipped with comprehensive authorization features that allow you to specify the authority class for users for different accounts.

• Payroll and Batch Payment Services

Provide batch file upload and process, may include multi-currency in the file for oversea remittance, local bank remittance and BOC account transfer. Provide stop payment function, insufficient fund backup accounts, and be able to notify relevant Operator/Approver by e-mail on each step.

• Batch Debit Services

Provide HKD/MOP and Multi Currency BOC direct-debit, and inquiry of Tenant’s Information, direct-debit and counter payment result. (Can be used to collect rent, management fees, tuition fees etc.)

• Group Management Services

Provide enquiry & transfer functions among the authorized accounts of participants, sweeping / polling funds from participant’s accounts on preset schedule, a single view of all authorization requests from related companies and easily to switch among authorized participant’s BOCNET (Corp.) accounts.

• Other Services

Users may also amend their personal information, change password, cancel or suspend, banking service, report of lost cheques and freeze their account etc. according to user’s individual needs.

Eligible Customers

Accept government departments, owned firms, registered corporations in Macau (including the Limited, Co., Limited and offshore companies), communities or schools to apply for services.

Service Time

Provide 24-hour Self-Service, the cut-off times for various types of transactions, that available on “Corporate Banking Services Online”, differ. Please refer to website for more details.

Application Procedures

Customers need to provide valid “Tax Registration Invoice” issued by DSF, Shareholder / Director / Council Minutes, user I.D. document etc. Welcome to apply for this service at our any sub-branches.
