Features

Payroll Services for corporate and institutional customers are provided by Bank of China Limited Macau Branch. The payroll service in “BOCNET (Corp.)” enables users to handle their payroll service and enquire the payroll information more conveniently. You only need to upload a payroll file that conforms to the format, then you can pay the salary to the employee’s account opened in Bank of China (Macau) and it can be done in one batch in multiple currencies at the same time.

Functions

1.Accept CSV or Excel file upload or download result.

2.Single file for oversea remittance, local bank remittance and BOC account transfer.

3.May include multi-currency in the file.

4.Provide the function of stopping a single payroll payment and canceling the entire payroll payment.

5.Two insufficient fund backup accounts.

6.Email notification to approvers and operators.

7.Able to select approvers.

8.Download and print payroll data.

9.Can provide personalized service in response to customer’s characteristics, payroll result search up to one year.

Service Time

Transaction Time: Provide 24 hours Self-Service

Deadline for receipt of payroll files:

Our bank/Local bank/Overseas account: 07:00, 12:00, 17:00;

Local bank account (FPS): 12:00, and

Our MOP/HKD account: 23:30 daily (Include non-Macau banking days)
