Process Agent business means that if there is a business legal dispute between domestic financial institutions and British customers, domestic financial institutions can entrust the bank as the process agent who should collect and transfer all relevant business litigation documents and subpoenas.

Application Procedures
1. When there is a business legal dispute between domestic financial institutions and British customers, domestic financial institutions should send the power of attorney to the Bank of China London Branch and entrust the bank as the process agent;
2. London Branch should send a confirmation letter, a fee letter and a invoice to the principal after receiving the power of attorney;
3. When the confirmation letter has been sent, the principal should pay the fee to Bank of China London Branch Loan Administration Department within one month, and undertake all other fees arising from actual expenditure.
