II. Main responsibilities

1. Responsible for local market development, customer marketing and customer relationship management;

2. Enhancement of the Bank's market competitiveness in the corporate sector;

3. Responsible for customer credit origination applications and follow up on the credit approval process;

4. Responsible for liaising with internal and external lawyers to complete the financing material handling process;

5. Responsible for providing financing product services and post-lending management;

6. Participate in the development of financing products and deposit products related to the Company's business;

7. Responsible for communicating with internal and external related parties to fulfill corporate business tasks assigned by the Bank;

8. Perform customer due diligence, KYC/AML and other compliance related tasks;

9. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Bank's management and the Head of Department.

III. Qualifications for the position

1. Professional qualifications

(1) Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance, Economic Management or Business related;

(2) Preferably with at least 5 years of banking experience, at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a larger commercial bank, and close connection with local financial institutions;

(3) Comprehensive knowledge of syndicated loans;

(4) Fluent in English, as well as Romanian;

(5) Ability to work efficiently and in a timely manner with varying regulatory requirements.

2. Comprehensive capabilities

(1) Team spirit, and the ability to work under pressure;

(2) In-depth knowledge of the local economic, political and business environment;

(3) Well-organized and detail oriented with client focus;

(4) Excellent communication and presentation skills.
