SBP has launched "SUNWAI - Customer Complaint Service by SBP", A Platform to lodge complaints related to Roshan Digital Accounts and General Banking. Customers may register their complaint through ‘SUNWAI’ by web browser https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk as well as mobile application both for Android and IOS users.
