Description

Public Liability Insurance services for personal customers are provided by Bank of China (Macau) Limited while Public Liability Insurance services for corporate and institutional customers are provided by Bank of China Limited Macau Branch. Public Liability Insurance provides comprehensive coverage for loss of or damage to property on which the insured or any servant or agent of the insured is or has been working is that loss or damage results directly from such work.

Features

1. Covered third-party liability loss due to body injury or damage or loss of tangible property due to accidents.

2. Covered legal liability against third-party injury or property damage, including the litigation fees with written consent from insurance company.

3. The resulting loss of body injury or property damage must belong to a third-party. This insurance does not cover any loss claims from the policyholder’s family members/employees, and their related personal belonging.
