1. Purpose of Loan : For mortgage of property for personal use in Macau.

2. Tenor : Up to 30 years.

3. Loan Currency : MOP/HKD

4. Loan Amount : Pursuant to “Guideline on Residential Mortgage Loans” of the Macau SAR government.

5. Interest Rate : P-2.75% (P=Prime, subject to change according to market fluctuations.)

6. Guarantee : The property will be pledged as collateral to the Bank.

Documents required

Loan Application Form, Sales Contract, valid identity documents, income proof, financial statements and assets proof.

BOC Easy-Plus Mortgage Loan For Property in the Mainland

Descriptions

This is the first mortgage facility available in Macau for home buyers to mortgage their new home in the Mainland in MOP/HKD to minimize the risk associated with the fluctuation in RMB exchange rate. Preferential interest rate will be offered. Remittance of the final payment for the property to the developer in the Mainland will be free of charge! What’s more! There is no limit or penalty interest on the amount of early repayment you may make.

3. Loan Currency : MOP/HKD

4. Loan Amount : Up to 70% of property value.

5. Interest Rate : Preferential interest rate applied.

6. Eligible Property : Residential properties for personal use located in Zhuhai (including Hengqin) and Zhongshan.

Eligible Customers

Macau and Hong Kong residents.

Application Documents

Sales Contract of the Property, Macau / Hong Kong Residents Identity Card, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents Card, income proof, financial information and other assets proofs.
