Decoration Loan services for personal customers are provided by Bank of China (Macau) Limited. We provide decoration loan with preferential interest rate for our mortgage customers, helping them reduce home buying burden. It is easy to apply and have no handling fee.

1. Purpose of Loan: For house decoration.

2. Loan term: Up to 10 years.

3. Loan Currency: MOP/HKD

4. Loan Limit: Under 50% Debt servicing ratio.

5. Guarantee: LETRA with the signature of borrower.

Eligible Applicant

Our mortgage customers or payroll customers.

Application Documents

End-use certificate, Valid identity documents, Income proof and Financial statements.

Remark: All loan applications are subject to the final approval of the Bank.
