Cash Withdrawal and Deposit Machine
Introduction
Cash Withdrawal and Deposit Machines services are provided by Bank of China (Macau) Limited. You can use many kinds of banking services through the Cash Withdrawal and Deposit Machines (CWD) of Bank of China all over Macau, including Cash Deposit, Cash Withdrawal, Transfer, Balance Inquiry, Bill Payment, Credit Card Cash Payment, Overseas Transaction Setting, Change PIN for the bank card and Take Back Captured Card.
Basic Functions
1. Cash Deposit
You can use BOC card or enter the bank's MOP/HKD savings account, current account and foreign currency savings account; the machine accepts MOP/HKD1000, 500, 100 notes, and CNY100 will be accepted by specific machines. The daily deposit limit per customer is as follows:

2.Cash Withdrawal
There are different banknote combinations of CWDs providing cash withdrawals of Macau Patacas, Hong Kong Dollars and Renminbi. The types of banknote include HKD1,000, HKD500, HKD100, MOP1000, MOP500, MOP100, CNY100.
Bank cards with JETCO, UnionPay, VISA, PLUS, MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus, JCB, Discover, Diners Club and FISC logo are accepted for withdrawal.
3. Transfer
Bank card with JETCO logo can be used for transfer funds to the account in the card, transfer funds to other accounts of the card issuing bank, or transfer funds to other JETCO member banks account.
4. Balance Inquiry
Check the account balance, available balance in the card. Check the limit of the credit card.
5. Bill payment
Accepts transfer payment of BOC credit cards and JETCO member banks credit cards, pays taxes, electricity, telephone charges, insurance premiums etc. Payment are free of charge.
6. Credit Card Cash Payment
You can use BOC credit card or enter the BOC credit card account numbers for cash payment transaction. Cash payment will be paid immediately.
7. Overseas Transaction Setting
You can enquire, activate, change or deactivate the Overseas Transaction Setting of BOC Card.
8. Change PIN
You can change the Personal Identity Number for your bank card at any time through the CWD to enhance the security of the card service.
9. Take Back Captured Card
If the BOC Card is captured by the CWD because of forgetting to take the card, you can use the Take Back Captured Card service. Enter the last 6 digits of the card number and the correct password as prompted. You can take back your card after verify successfully.
10. Language
Provide Chinese and English operation interface. Automatically select according to the bank card settings.
