Service hotline 888 95566 for personal customers are provided by Bank of China (Macau) Limited while Service Hotline for corporate and institutional customers are provided by Bank of China Limited Macau Branch. Through self-service voice system or conversation with customer service officers, you can conduct diversified wealth managements or investment transactions.

Functions

1. Repot loss: If (include but not limited to) BOC card, BOC multicurrency credit card or passbook is lost (or other circumstances), our customer service officers will immediately report the loss you required.

2. Card service (including “BOC card” and “BOC multicurrency credit card”): It is available to inquire BOC card and credit card application procedures through self-service voice system or conversation with service officers.

3. Self-service banking: Detailed information of “self-service machine”, “BOC Macau (APP)”, “BOC NET(Personal)” and “Telephone Banking” are provided for inquiry.

4. Account opening procedure: Account opening conditions and procedures of “personal accounts”, and “self-service banking” are provided for inquiry.

5. Banking services: Through conversation with customer service officer, we provide "Stock Price Inquiry", "Stock Trading", “Account Balance Inquiry” and "Foreign Exchange and Precious Metal Margin Trading".

7. Other Inquiry: Including "Interest & Exchange Rate Inquiry", "Banking Services Inquiry", "Remittance Service Inquiry" and "Bank Service Charge".

8. Corporate Banking Service: “Report Lost”, “Account Opening Procedure”, “Loan and Commercial Business”, “Banking Services”, “Bank Confirmation”, “SME Loan” and “BOC NET (corporate)”.

9. Roaming Service: Easy access to the service hotlines of Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) Bank of China.

Call our service hotline “(853)888 95566” → select language → choose the service according to voice prompt.

Reminder

1. All accounts handled by using service hotline (853)888 95566 must be pre-registered through our sub-branches.

2. Upon the first usage of “e-banking”, please contact (853)888 95566 to change your password and keep your password safe. The operation process is as follows:

(1) Dial (853)888 95566;

(2) Select language: 1 - Cantonese; 2 - Mandarin; 3 - English;

(3) "Financial Services" press 5;

(4) "Stock Trading" press 2 (or "Banking Services" press 3);

(5) Input 7 digits “e-banking” account;

(6) Input 6 digits “e-banking” default password;

(7) Set 6 digits new “e-banking” password;

(8) Re-enter the new 6 digits “e-banking” password;

(9) Complete the change of “e-banking” password

3. For your convenience, all accounts registered under “e-banking” will be respectively assigned 2 digits account code instead of the entire account number.

4. If the transaction collapses, our self-service voice system will report the error code. For inquiry, please contact our service officers.

5. For security reasons, we sincerely suggest changing "e-banking" password regularly. Do not use a password that is easy to guess for others, and do not disclose the password to anyone (including BOC staff). No staff of BOC should ever ask you for your PASSWORD under any circumstances.
