Litigation Guarantee services are provided by Bank of China Limited Macau Branch. A Litigation Guarantee is issued by Bank of China, at the request of litigant(s) and in favor of the judicial departments to guarantee that the litigant(s) shall pay legal cost, fees and court charges that may arise due to the litigation case is fail.
