Advancing Payment Guarantee services are provided by Bank of China Limited Macau Branch. An Advancing Payment Guarantee is issued by Bank of China, at the request of a contractor or seller and in favor of an employer/main contractor (construction contract) or a buyer (sales contract), guaranteeing that the contractor or seller performs the underlying contract after obtaining the advance payment.
