Description

Performance Guarantee services are provided by Bank of China Limited Macau Branch. A Performance Guarantee is issued by Bank of China, at the request of an awarded contractor or seller and in favor of an employer/main contractor (construction contract) or the buyer (sales contract) to guarantee that the contractor or seller shall perform the underlying contractual liabilities and obligations.
