A New Landmark in Macau – Bank of China Building

In 1991, the Bank of China Building was built and soon became the new landmark in Macau. The new site was the 5th office premises of the Macau Branch. The fact that the size of the office premises has expanded from an area of less than 100 square meters to the new 38-floor commercial building, occupying about 2000 square meters, reflected that both the scale and scope of business of the Macau Branch has grown substantially over the years.
It was in December 1991 that the Macau Branch officially moved its office to the Bank of China Building.
