Procedure

We offer Mail-in Remittance service for account customers who cannot come to our branches in person to conduct remittance transactions. If you currently maintain an account with us and KYC updated, you can download the Remittance Application Form, mail the completed application form to us, either fax or email the application form to us if you already signed facsimile agreement with us in advance. Upon receipt of the application form, we will remit the funds on your behalf. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood the conditions governing our remittance transfer services.

Bank of China reserves the right to verify the information before processing your transaction, or to decline and return the money to the remitter if the information is no acceptable to us in our sole discretion.
