The Bank provides lending to its clients collateralized by mortgages over residential and commercial real estate.

Purpose

The purpose of the lending is primarily to support the client with:

(1) acquisition of prime located real estate; and

(2) providing refinancing of real estate loans with other creditors.

Loan Term

The loan term shall not exceed 30 years.

Loan Currency

The loan may be granted in EUR.

Repayment

The Bank may offer the following interest rates to its clients:

(1) fixed rate;

(2) floating rate; and

(3) combination of fixed and floating interest rates.
