Announcement on Waiver of Fees for Remittances Made to Coronavirus Donation Drive

Dear customers,
In support of the fight against the Coronavirus, Bank of China Luxembourg Branch, Bank of China (Luxembourg) S.A.and all cross-border branches (Brussels branch, Rotterdam branch, Poland branch, Stockholm branch and Lisbon branch) will be waiving all remittance fees and charges for any related donations made over the counter or via internet banking from 29th January 2020. Should you be charged any fees and charges for remittances sent via internet banking for the above-mentioned purpose, please contact the Bank to request for a refund of the fees charged.
