Dear Customers,

Hereby we inform our customers that the List of Conditions Services for Corporate Customers of the Bank will be amended as of February 28^th, 2025. Within the course of the amendments, the amount of certain fees applied by the Bank will change. The reasons for such amendments are set out in Appendix 1 to the List of Conditions. Please find the amended List of Conditions attached on our website or visit our premise, where we are pleased to be at your disposal.

Following this announcement of the amendments, if any amendment is not accepted, the Customer has the right to terminate the framework agreement in writing immediately and without obligation to pay any fees, costs or other charges prior to the day the amendments entering into force. Rejection of any amendment shall constitute the termination of framework agreement with immediate effect. If the Customer does not inform the Bank that the Customer does not accept the amendment before the proposed entry into force, the Bank shall consider the amendment to be accepted by the Customer.

Ezúton tájékoztatjuk ?n?ket, hogy 2025. február 28 napjától módosul a Bank Kondíciós Listája Vállalati ügyfelek részére (List of Conditions Services for Corporate Customers). A kondíciós lista módosításának keretében a Bank által alkalmazott egyes díjak ?sszegei változnak, a módosítások okait a kondíciós lista 1. sz. függeléke tartalmazza. A kondíciós lista teljes terjedelm?, módosításokkal egységes szerkezetbe foglalt, a változtatásokkal jelzett sz?vege, a Bank fiókjában, valamint a Bank honlapján is elérhet?.

ügyfeleink a jelen módosítások meghirdetését k?vet?en a módosítások hatályba lépése el?tti napig írásban jogosultak a szolgáltatásra irányuló keretszerz?dés azonnali és díj-, k?ltség- vagy egyéb fizetési k?telezettségmentes felmondására, ha bármelyik módosítást nem fogadják el. Bármely módosítás elutasítása a keretszerz?dés azonnali hatályú felmondásának min?sül. Amennyiben a javasolt hatályba lépést megel?z? napig az ügyfél nem tájékoztatja a Bankot arról, hogy a módosítást nem fogadja el, akkor a Bank a módosítást az ügyfél részér?l elfogadottnak tekinti.
