he deposits made at Bank of China（Europe）S.A. Athens Branch benefit from the reimbursement guarantee provided by the Fond de Garantie des Dép?ts Luxembourg (FGDL), created in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. FGDL guarantees to the depositor, subject to the terms and conditions defined by Law and FGDL statutes, in case of unavailability of the deposited assets, the reimbursement up to the maximum of €100,000.00 (protected amount) for deposits, per each depositor. All the deposits made in the same credit institution are aggregated and the total is subject to the maximum limit mentioned above.
