On June 27, 2010, a group wedding ceremony named "drawing a blueprint of love together" was held in the Four Seasons Hall of Bank of China's head office building. Witnessed by Bank of China's leaders and the staff's families and friends, 50 pairs of newlyweds that serve at the front lines of Bank of China's "IT Blueprint" information system project started a new chapter of happy life.

The wedding formally began at 10:08 in the morning. Following a warm and touching video clip named Blueprint of Love, 50 dressed-up couples waltzed onto the stage as the melody turned on. In the following sections such as Thanksgiving of Love and Commitment to Love, the newlyweds respectively shared their love stories that took place during working for the project, exchanged rings, and accepted blessings from their parents, leaders and guests. Xiao Gang, Chairman of Bank of China, and Li Lihui, President of Bank of China, respectively serving as the officiator and chief witness of the wedding ceremony, presented the newlyweds with special commemorative cards, implying a meaning of "deposits of love for a lifelong treasure".


In his speech, Xiao Gang stated that the staff serving in the IT Blueprint Project has done a good job in recent years and many young employees have sacrificed their spare time or even delayed their weddings to ensure the timely launch of the project. By organizing such a meaningful group wedding ceremony, Bank of China would like to say thanks to these young staff that have made outstanding contribution to the IT development of Bank of China and their families, hoping they will take the wedding as a new start, undertake more family and social responsibilities and jointly create a happy future based on mutual understanding and support.
Li Lihui announced the witness statement. Li Jun, Chairman of Bank of China's Board of Supervisors, Zhang Lin, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Wang Yongli, Vice President of Bank of China and other leaders from over 20 headquarter departments also attended this ceremony to send the newlyweds blessings and gifts. At the end of the ceremony, the newlyweds sang the song of "Draw a Love Blueprint Together", bringing the ceremony to a climax.
The newlyweds expressed that they were very honored to participate in such a group wedding together with colleagues from IT blueprint project's frontlines nationwide have witness of leaders, families and friends. The wedding place -- Bank of China's head office building, a classic masterpiece of the world's leading architect Ieoh Ming Pei, making the wedding more memorable.
