Announcement on Temporary Suspension of Some Services for System Upgrade and Maintenance on 26th October and 2nd November

To provide better services, we will upgrade and maintain our systems from 13:30 to 16:30 on 26th October 2024, and from 12:30 to 15:30 on 2nd November 2024 (Brussels time). During the period of upgrade, the Online Banking and Mobile Banking Services may be affected, and some tansactions may be delayed for short period.
Please arrange your business processing time appropriately, and we apologize for any inconvenience arising from the system upgrade.
