Bank of China (Europe) S.A. Brussels Branch is now open for recruitment of Relationship Manager. The recruitment details are as follows:

I. Positions Offered: Relationship Manager

As a part of a successful and growing international team, you will work as relationship manager within our Corporate Banking Department.

II. Key Responsibilities

(1) Responsible for client relationship management, customer marketing and local market development.

(2) Enhances the Bank’s market competitiveness in the corporate banking area.

(3) Launches credit application for corporate clients and follow up the process of credit approval.

(4) Liaises with in-house or external lawyer to complete financing documentation process.

(5) Responsible for financing products provision and post-lending management.

(6) Participates in corporate related financing products and deposit products development.

(7) Liaises with internal and external parties to complete tasks allocated by the Bank in relation to the corporate banking area.

(8) Handles any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department or GM.

III. Profile

1. Technical Skills

(1) Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Economic Management or Business Related Studies.

(2) 5-15 years banking experience within minimum 5 years of relationship management in larger corporation banking team, preferably with a network of local financial institutions.

(3) Syndication loan knowledge from A to Z.

(4) Fluency in English, the French/ the Dutch is a plus

(5) Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects with varying degrees of supervision.

2. Soft Skills

(1) Team spirit, able to work under pressure.

(2) Good understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment of the region.

(3) Highly organized and detail orientated with a client focus.

(4) Excellent communication and presentation skills.
