Bank of China (Luxembourg) S.A. Brussels Branch was opened on December 7^th, 2010. From 10th Feb 2022, the official name has been changed to Bank of China (Europe) S.A. Brussels Branch. Based on the important location of the EU capital in Brussels, the branch creates its own characteristics, provides comprehensive financial products and high-quality services to Chinese and foreign customers.

In 1979, Bank of China Limited Luxembourg Branch was established, which was the first overseas Branch established by Bank of China after the founding of the People's Republic of China. In order to adapt to the common market development in Europe, Bank of China (Luxembourg) S.A. was registered and opened in 1991 and thereafter, its name was officially changed to Bank of China (Europe) S.A. in 2022. Over the years, Bank of China in Luxembourg has been continuously enhancing its business development and financial services in the EU region.
