Dear Customers,
Please be advised that the new version of the Bank of China (Australia) Limited's Term Deposit Accounts Terms and Conditions (BOCAL Accounts Terms and Conditions, see Attachment 1) dated 28 February 2025 will take effect for new customers starting from 28 February 2025.
For customers covered under the current version of BOCAL Accounts Terms and Conditions (dated November 9, 2023), we have revised the existing version to align its content with the new version (see Attachment 2 for details of the adjustments), and the revised version will take effect on March 28, 2025.
