Bank of China Sydney Branch Plans to Issue its Sustainability-Linked Loan Bonds

Bank of China Limited, ABN 29 002 979 955 Sydney Branch (“BOC Sydney”) plans to issue Sustainability-Linked loan bonds in offshore markets in the near future.
The use of funds, project assessment and selection, management of funds, information disclosure, and reporting for the issuance of Sustainability-Linked loan bonds will adhere to the Bank of China's “Sustainability-Linked Loan Funding Framework."
BOC Sydney will use these proceeds to support Sustainability-Linked loans that have already been drawdown or will be drawdown in the near future. For relevant information, please refer to the attached files.
