(renamed Bank of China (Central and Eastern Europe) Limited as of April 20, 2020). The bank is licensed to operate in Austria by means of an EU passport and under the Hungarian banking license. The Austrian Central Bank (“OenB”) and the Austrian Financial Market Authority (“FMA”) perform liquidity and integrity supervision.
